Our goal is to guarantee the safety and health of our human team as well as our collaborators that visit TEPSA on a daily basis.
Our policy is based on prevention and attaining objectives aimed at improving health and safety conditions. Our target, to achieve no accidents, is achievable, as our historic record of 12 years without accidents in any of our terminals proves.
In TEPSA, training in health and safety at work is ongoing and cross-sectional, and includes both specifically operational aspects and emergency situations.
TEPSA actively participates in ASTERQUIGAS, AEQT, COASHIQ and FEIQUE, as well as in the specific working groups established by the various port communities, with the intention of sharing, with total transparency, the problems, worries and best solutions in the field of health and safety management.
Training is fundamental in the management of security and is continuously reviewed so that it can be adapted to the best techniques and procedures.
In the 6th Edition of the ATLANTE prizes, TEPSA received the award for the best awareness-raising, information-giving, and training initiative in the field of Prevention of Labour Risks.
