The Turia Quay became the first home of the Valencia terminal, in 1966.
In 1990, the terminal relocated to the Nuevo Dique del Este, with a capacity of 7,700 m³ for chemical products.
In 1996, one of the terminal extensions began, involving 3,000 m³, meaning TEPSA could begin petroleum product storage activities with 34,160 m³.
After various extensions, the Valencia terminal now has a total capacity of 162,000 m³.
